When it came time to sell our home we chose Mary Ellen Wilson as she had recently sold a home for a friend of ours.
Mary came to our home a few weeks before the house went on the market. She walked thru the house pointing out little items that should be addressed to make the house more marketable. Then she went to work on the market analysis.
A couple of days before the house hit the market Mary came back with a professional photographer and took some wonderful pictures.
The house took 28 days to sell. These were stressful times for us. Mary kept us grounded.

After all the negatives I had heard about dealing with a short sale I was hesitant to get involved at all but fell in love with the house so I moved forward. Mary performed miracle #1 when she was diligent in getting all of the many quotes needed to repair damage in the house and getting the seller, her agent, her attorney, and the bank to agree to a price reduction based on the information she gathered.
