This agent is RUDE and UNETHICAL. He was representing the buyer in a transaction where they first offered $329k and the offer was accepted for $329k, then demanded the house be sold for $289k, then dragged on the transaction for months without cancelling, while the market was hot preventing the property from going back onthe marketand then had the nerve to demand the deposit back, when escrow wouldn't give it to him, then he threatened legal action.

He is extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone.
