We had the most wonderful experience throughout the entire process of finding a new home in the Middlebury area. Our realtor was Sarah Peluso (of IPJ Real Estate), and we would give her 6 stars if we could. She was attentive, an incredible communicator, efficient, friendly, non-"pushy," and she truly took the time to get to know us on the front end of our working relationship. The result was that she gained a wonderfully practical sense of the kinds of homes we would consider; throughout the process Sarah showed us zero homes that we immediately said "no" to because she had figured out what we wanted. What started as a dream of buying a home in the area turned into a reality, but this happened over a number of months. Sarah never got frustrated with us, was patient and helpful throughout, and advised us along the way.

Ultimately, Sarah showed us the house we ended up buying before it even went on the market. She personally knew the owners and asked if she could show it to us before they were ready to officially list it. Not only did we fall in love with the house, but we became friendly with the sellers; this was because of Sarah's input, impact, and her impressive communication skills.

Sarah is clearly respected by any and all who have worked with her. From bankers to lawyers to random people we met at stores and restaurants, they all said the same thing- "You are in great hands with Sarah Peluso." We could not agree more.
