From day one Gideon was up front an honest with us about the home we were looking at. He was always quick to response to communications whether phone calls, texts, or emails. When problems showed up with the property just days before our scheduled closing, he jumped on the issue and helped bring us to a quick resolution. We were pleased with our experience with him. 2019
After one year of listing with another realtor (2016) we listed our 77 acres of land with Gideon. We were pleased with both the process and how he treated us. And we eventually had 3 simultaneous offers (our first offers in 2 years too). Gideon was humble enough to not claim credit for the great situation. He did do more to advertise our property and had more showings also. We were always treated respectfully and honestly. His advice tended to be softly presented but usually good, preventing us from doing unnecessary property enhancements. And the selling price was closer to what he had suggested early on, which I think indcates good knowledge of the market. n nWe did find we had to do a few things we thought he should have done, including obtaining a street address and thus a Zillow listing that appeared in an area search. Also some investigation into property covenants. But those were relatively minor and fairly easily cleared up, but not something we expected. He did do a lot of other arranging such as for surveying and always responded to our requests for his help with those tasks. n nHelping us through the dealings with multiple simultaneous offers (a seller's dream!) was smooth and with the best of possible outcomes. n nSo overall, I would use Gideon for any future real estate transactions in his coverage area and do not wish the minor negative comments above to distract the reader from that basic point. 2017
