I was given Gina's name from a mutual acquaintance. She told me Gina has been selling homes as a full time agent and was All-in when it came to selling. I interviewed a total of three realtors before making a selection. Gina did her homework, showed up prepared and eager to get to started on selling my property. The primary differentiators in selecting her was her quick responsiveness to all my communications including calls, texts and emails. Her availability - Always there to answer any questions anytime day or night. Gina presented a great approach and plan to market my home that included recent up-to-date research and data.
We had 8 offers after listing and showing the property for only 2 days. Never needed or planned an open house and by the time we were going to put up a yard sign the house was in escrow so the sign never needed to go up. When the first offer we accepted back out, Gina had 3 other potential buyers back at the table and we accepted a strong counteroffer the following day. Gina constantly worked with the buyers agent and escrow to quickly and effortlessly close the deal. As my agent (seller) she did an excellent job in keeping me in control of the negotiations, not letting the buyers agent control the flow of the transaction.
