I have had the opportunity to work with Michelle on multiple transactions now and each time I have been thoroughly impressed and happy with the results. The first transaction, Michelle helped sell my fathers house, which was in probate. While even a normal home sale can be stressful, one going through probate adds another dimension of stress and emotion. Luckily for me, Michelle patiently explained all of the steps along the way and was able to help with many different services such as arranging cleaning, property staging, repairs, and even assisting with an estate sale if needed. She remained readily available and answered my questions all throughout.
