Sheena was invaluable when working with the sellers agent when it came to buyers terms. We were in a multi-offer situation in a small town. The sellers agent had not heard of an escalation clause and Sheena had to assist with explaining our offer. An escalation clause is language written into a purchase offer that automatically increases your purchase price by a certain amount above competing offers, until the offer reaches the maximum price you are willing to pay for the home. An escalation clause only goes into effect when there are competing offers. Why was this so great? We weren't comfortable putting in a crazy offer but we also didn't want to lose the house because we bid too low. We were able to make our highest offer and be comfortable walking away. Use Sheena if you want a realtor that can look at the purchase process from a sellers agent and a purchase agents point of view. PLUS a huge bonus is she is aggressive with lenders to find solutions to get deals done. 2021
