I was looking for a Realtor that was knowledgable about the Blackstone Valley area, and found that in Tom. In addition, he was responsive and whenever he wasn't available, made sure that his assistant, Deb - who was also outstanding to work with - was. My only hesitation in recommending Tom was when it came to financing, as he had a trusted mortgage banker with whom he worked closely. This person couldn't easily approve us for a mortgage, and upon this discovery, Tom did cool a bit to our business. He was obviously looking out for himself, which is understandable. My advise it to make sure you have a few solid lender pre-approvals before starting in on the home buying process. 2015
f you are looking for a realtor that tells you exactly what you want to hear yet isn't realistic, well ... Tom isn't your guy. Tom is one of the most professional, genuine, hard-working individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Tom worked with (yes with, not for) my husband and I to sell our first house and the process was unbelievable smooth. From the first time we met and the well thought out advice he gave us to get our house ready for our listing, to taking pictures at a time that was convenient for us he always exceeded our expectations. Then diligently working to get our house listed without drawing the process out. He answered every one of our questions thoroughly and patiently (patience on his end was paramount especially as first time sellers!). From the time he listed our house and started showings, we had multiple offers and we accepted a full price offer in less than 48 hours!!! Even after I thought the hard part was over (getting an offer) he continued to guide us through negotiations, request for remedies, etc all the way to closing and final walk throughs. And perhaps I should have started with a HUGE contributing factor in us choosing Tom to list our house was the fact that he is a Veteran. So... When you know someone is getting a commission for selling your house, why not make sure it's going to someone who not only serves you and your families needs in buying or selling a house but someone who also serves the great United States of America, selflessly! Hooah! Proud to call him a friend now and would unreservedly recommend him for any of your Real Estate needs. 2015
