Based on profiles I found on Realtor.com I met five potential listing agents to sell my investment property in Yucca Valley. Cynthia stood out as exceptionally professional and efficient, as well as friendly and helpful, from the moment we met. I am extremely grateful to have chosen to work with Cynthia as the sale turned out to be extremely complex (previously unidentified liens from the water company, leased solar installation etc.) and she handled every set-back and challenge along the way gracefully and effectively. She was also able to source professionals to complete minor pieces of outstanding work e.g. new locks, roof inspection etc. which saved me enormous amounts of time driving from OC. Most importantly Cynthia was able to reassure the buyer at every step, which allowed the transaction to close despite multiple delays. All round an outstanding job, and I would unreservedly recommend Cynthia to anyone with real estate plans or needs in Yucca Valley or the surrounding area.
