Worst Realtor. This man lied to sell my home and allowed people to see my home who broken shutters and made a mess. His own employees made fun of how I decorated my home and he way over charges for his services. Please avoid Russell and his agency like the plague. He also tried to massively undersell my homes by 100s of thousands of dollars to just say hes a big realtor in the area. Worthless man and big time LIAR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 2023
I couldn't have asked for a better agent! Mr. Brown agreed to take me as a client without any hesitation, considering the uphill challenges I was going to face as a first time home buyer (with limited resources). He did his research to find me a lender that would give me the best deal. What really impressed me about him was that he stayed optimistic about finding the right home, even when we were running out of options. He's organised and always printed out a hard copy for every home we went to tour. We had to drive for over an hour to look at most of the homes, and while driving he would give me advise about home ownership, and life in general. I would like to thank him for the real estate service he rendered me, and for his service in the U.S Military!

She kept the whole team on track which included; me (the buyer), the seller's agent, the lender, the title company, the home warranty company, and any party you would expect to be involved in a real estates transaction, so that we could close on my home. Paul listened carefully to what we were looking for in a new house. He quickly went to work and set up an email link, whereby he would send us various listings to view and review that matched our criteria. Then Paul would check with us by phone and we plotted out a search pool of houses that we were interested in viewing. The route was well thought out so that we were not backtracking all over the place. He contacted the various listing agents and set up times to meet us at each house and inquire about our feelings-likes-concerns about each of the houses. We probably looked at 12 to 15 homes over about a 5 day period. Then Paul carried our purchase offer to the buyers agent and he stayed in close contact every step of the way, up to and through closing on the purchase.
Since we actually bought our new house prior to selling our existing home, Paul followed up with us to see how we were managing moving over to the new home, while leaving certain furniture behind to provide an appealing stage for potential buyers of our home for sale. We were fortunate to have Jett as our agent. nHis honesty, communications style, attentiveness & availability were keys to our success in finding our home. nWe met by chance at an open house & I noticed how well he was hosting his open house, compared to others agents at the open houses we'd been to. He didn't just say, Hi. and tell you if you had any questions he was going to stand right there.
