We contacted Sara from a listing on Zillow and she responded right away. Sara set up an appointment for a showing the next day. Informed us of a comparable property, and set that up to view as soon as it was listed. By letting us know of what was coming available allowed us make a comparison and make the best choice for our family.
After the offer was accepted, Sara set up the closing, provided a list of the local utility companies so we could have them transferred and even helped with an issue we had with the local water utility to establish the service.
