As a first time home buyer I really did not have a lot of insight on the home buying process. I knew Vera as an acquaintance from a previous church we attended. I had another agent who knew I had a month to seel my house in a contingency situation. I had to fire her and start over with less than 2 weeks left to complete the deal. I went to HS years ago with Vera's husband and a mutual friend mentioned that she was an agent and really good at her job. I soon found that out for myself. Vera sold my house in 3 days and had me set to be in a new place in about 5 to 10 days. I would highly reccomend her to anyone who asks.
Vera was higly ethical and honest. She made it clear that we had boundaries and was not willing to cross them. She kept her husband's friendship with me separate, and made that clear as well. She gave me advice and made suggestions from time-to-time but was clear in making it known when she was not allowed to overstep.
