Wow! What can I say about Bill? Well first of all he was AMAZING! We had briefly worked with him a few years ago in search of our first home. We lost touch until about June we contacted him to see if we could still work with him. He remembered us and was so excited to help us yet again. He really was wonderful to work with. We would sent him a text about a house and he would work his magic. He got back to us right away and was able to schedule us showing within days. We looked at a LOT of houses. We never felt pressured into a house we didn't absolutely love. He was honest and so patient with us. We told him what we were looking for, where we were looking a price range. He was respectful of the price range and never pushed us into something we could not afford comfortably. Being young and first time homebuyers he understood the nerves and uncertainty that we had about such a big decision. With Bill we did find our perfect forever home and we are so grateful for all he did. He made the process as easy as possible. He explained each step in a way that made sense to us. If we didn't understand something and we needed clarification he was right there to help. Even after signing and moving in he still checked up on us to make sure we didn't need anything. He told us if he had questions about the house or things about the house (water, oil etc...) to shoot him a message and he would help us or at least guide us in the right direction. He was amazing, phenomenal, great and i can't possible describe in words how much we loved working with him and would recommend his services to any of our friends, family or even strangers looking into buying.
