It is difficult to not write a novel when you begin to list the positive attributes of Sherri Dyer and the benefits of having her as a realtor.
From our experience, the realtor can make or break any deal and it can have years of consequences, good or bad.
Hands down, we chose correctly. She was consistently on our side. She gave honest reviews when asked of each property but was careful to not persuade your decision one way or another. She remained positive and extremely hard working during all the ups and downs of searching for a home in the crazy market of 2020.
She has extensive knowledge of her field and fantastic professional relationships and contacts in other professions.
Never once did we question that she was perfect for the job. Her personality was just the cherry on top. She was always kind, attentive, full of a love for life, confident, and calm in every situation.

2020
This is the third real estate transaction that Sherri represented us in either the purchase or sale of our homes. Sherri is a consummate professional and highly skilled in her craft as a buyer or sellers agent. I was impressed with her knowledge and ability to layout and execute a road-map getting us in both situations successfully to contract closing on time with no surprises.
