This team is amazing! I was referred to Dawn White, Broker Associate, through my estate attorney. Dawn was professional, knowledgable, available, priced the house right in the pocket and went above and beyond in making sure we stayed on track. This was a stressful time for me as Trustee of the property. We needed this to go smoothly as there were a lot of moving parts and coordinating especially because I live 2.5 hours away from where the property was located. Her partner Jennifer Purzycki stepped in as well for coverage when needed and was just as invested in making sure things were taken care of. From clearing the house, preparing the property for market, dealing with a gated community, open house, finding a buyer, to end of escrow, I couldn't be happier. Dawn was on top of everything and Jennifer stepped in when Dawn wasn't available and she was just as invested as well, especially when we found out we had to repair the shower leak which entailed having to coordinate a lot of moving parts between the vendor, picking tile, coordinating workmen, and working wtih the less than ideal HOA.
