I do not know what I would have done without Colleen. She was straight with me and also excited. I needed her help on every level and it was clear she had a ton of experience which made my actually buying the home that I did, euphoric and not at all scary. In the end (now) I'm sure she only made pennies for her time with me. It took me 2 years to settle on what I did but, she was very, patient the entire time and never made me feel like I was wasting hers. It was never my intention, I have low income.
