I just got the keys today on my first house. A thing I never once thought would be a reality, and in part, I have to thank Rick Sufuentes, my agent. He was there every step of the way. Despite the COVID-10 Pandemic, I never felt like I was out of touch or alone during this process. He went above and beyond; whether it was from driving me all around the county to show me houses (pre-pandemic), to 8 pm phone calls to help me close my counter offer. He offered me a calm presence, reassurance when I needed it most and displayed unending patience for my many questions and concerns. The biggest thing was his willingness to advocate on my behalf. He was there when I need it without fail. He earned every bit of praise I could offer. He earned my business and he earned my trust. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking into Real Estate.
