From the moment she introduced herself to us, she was completely professional, courteous, and extremely informed as to the real estate market in Massachusetts, especially in the Walpole area. n nShe took control of the transaction immediately, informing us of any and all procedures that were needed to sell our home. We were a bit surprised at the amount of paper detail that was required but Jane walked us through the rules and regulations in a easy to understand manner. n nWhen we told her our asking price, she thought it was a bit low and that she was sure that we would have no problem with a larger amount if we would follow her lead. We did and after our first and only Open House we had three bidders, the largest at $56,000 above the elevated price, with the other two bids also well above our goal. WOW, let's go for it and even though it fell through (family interference) we agreed to take one of the other two and signed the agreement. n nHome inspections, and there were several, were handled proficiently with Jane on site to answer any concerns and followed up with a detailed report to us. She made sure the time element for the inspections was within range so as not to disrupt our daily routine. n nThe P&S also went smoothly and after agreeing on a passing date, we started to pack. Again Jane provided us with several trusted references from moving firms to contractors for fixing some small electrical requests from the buyers. She made a personal inspection of the fire and CO detectors prior to the fire department and agreed togo to the town hall to collect the final water bill since we would be traveling the day before. n nAll in all she was the best and I would highly recommend her to a customer looking for a professional real estate agent. 2017
