I could write forever about how impressed I was with John and his team but to summarize, it was nothing short of amazing. John not only sold my house once but twice! After the first offer and acceptance which came in only about 4 or 5 days he referred me to an attorney who is also top notch. The attorney noticed that the deed was written up tenants in common which meant it had to go through probate. I was upset and nervouse since I was behind on the mortgage and on the forebearance list until the end of the year. They all acted fast. The attorney gave me the name of a probate attorney who took my case right away. He eased my fears by saying it will be OK and this happens many times. He jumped on it and everything he asked me to send him I did. Within 2.5 months he had me appointed respresentative and went through the entire process until it was ready to sell again. I contacted John and the next day it was on the market, and two days later it sold. The kicker is it sold for the SAME offer as the first and the inspection was waved. The house closed like it should without any hiccups and it seemed like nothing happened. I could not have been more happy
There were many other people involved including people from his staff and law firms. Everyone was top notch. Melissa Harris worked with me on the sale alongside John and just like John, she amazed me with her knowledge, kindness, and quick repaonses. One of the questions you have is did you consider another broker. I worked with John nine years ago and cannot imagine working with anyone else to find a home. Consummate professional is an understatement and does not due either him or his staff justice. There are few people in this world I seek out to work with on a repeat basis and John is one of them. He is professional, knowledgeable, persistent, professional, patient, and the list goes on. I let others know he is the ONLY option. His office is a finely-tuned machine and I was kept informed every step of the way at every level.

We were selling my mom's condo in Framingham and interviewed a few realtors. While my wife wanted to go with a local agent from the town, John Miller came to us from Westboro, a few towns away, and he was so sure of his abilities he said he never requires any contract. Even though he was not familiar with the area, he cited that everything is on the web and he could produce a campaign as good if not better than anyone.
