Chris Garrett is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He came to our first meeting with comps and suggested a fair selling price for the area. He gave us great suggestions on the maintenance needed to get our house ready to put on the market. As soon as we were ready, he promptly scheduled a professional photographer to take pictures and a video of the house. It only took two days after to have the pictures up and video posted. They have an aggressive market plan. We got a showing within a few hours after the pictures and video went live. They are efficient and use an app system that helped us keep track of showing requests and we can easily confirm. We got nine showings within 3 days and received an offer the 3rd day of our house being on the market. Chris also negotiated with the buyer to get us our asking price.
