My wife Cortnee and I are leaving the active duty Air Force after a combined 25 years in favor of moving back to my hometown of Waynesville, NC from our duty station in California. Now that we have two young beautiful girls, it has occurred to us both that family and stability are paramount. This was an estate sale with 7 sellers in 3 different cities an 2 different time zones. The property was a "as is" property with an out of town buyer. She dealt well with the buyers R.E.Broker, attorneys and service providers.
