Mark/Sharon were recommended by someone else they had sold a home for in the past. Also, I was impressed with the many good reviews they have on the internet and the number of years they have been in the business.
Mark and Sharon went above and beyond what I would consider to be the normal course of business since I was assisting my 78 year old aunt to sale her property with the additional challenge of me being on the East Coast and my aunt being on the West cost with them. They were extremely patient in walking her through the process and explaining it to her many times along with coordinating with me to provide support as required. They even help her with the initial paperwork that was required to get the process started and Mark even gave her a ride to the settlement office per her request, so that she wouldn't get lost in the city! :-)
The broker staff has been great in that they accepted calls from my aunt and answered all questions that she had for them. They were friendly and polite and we had a chance to meet the staff over at their office.
Finally, in our case it was great to have team Mark/Sharon on my side in it added an additional comfort level for my elderly aunt that it would have hard to fine elsewhere. They were great in terms of many interactions with her!
