We are unhappy with the overall experience with this realtor. She suggested an individual to do repairs who actually put the home in worse disrepair. This "handy man" admitted he was coming onto the property to drink beers and shoot guns with his friends (and was later incarcerated for other reasons). All the "repairs" he made needed to be redone. She also made us uncomfortable when there was an option to auction the home and we were considering; apparently there is historical drama between her and the auctioneer. The realtor also allowed family members of the home owner who were not legally allowed on the property to access the premise. Finally, I believe that the property should have been advertised and marketed more, and possibly sold for a higher price. I would not work with this realtor again. 2019

She Gave us excellent advice on how to price our home, clearly explained her marketing plan and gave us clear guidance on how long it could take to sell our home at different price points. Her marketing skills are exceptional! She made our home beautiful and the online presentation was exceptional. She used all the latest and greatest marketing tools. Further she helped us navigate two separate complicated offers and the sale went flawlessly despite the fact that I moved to a different state prior to closing.
