It was a great experience working with Richard to purchase my first condo. He had a great sense for what I was looking for in a place. He was also extremely helpful during the closing process. In particular, I had an unusual situation during escrow in that my initial lender denied the loan on the terms that we had agreed upon -- and they did so late in the process.
