I listed my property with Keller Williams and Tiffanie and its been a nightmare.
I was solicited by a person representing Keller Williams and told Keller Williams is a partner with Simple Choice Realty. They said they assist Simply Choice in selling properties on the market for over 6 months. They assured me that if I add them to my listing as a full service broker they would definitely sell our $500K property and would refund my $250.00 dollars I spent listing with Simple Choice.
Neither of the statements made was true. And they never made any attempt to complete my listing or sell my property as they stated.
But as it stands I have cancelled my contract with Keller Williams and Tiffanie and they are refusing to cancel my listing on the MLS. They are stating it takes time and they are giving false information about when it was cleared from the MLS. So as it stands I cant resist my property until they do there job of canceling and withdrawing from the listing of my property on the MLS.
This company and Tiffanie is neither professional or honest in any of there dealing with sellers.
And we have had to report them both to the national realtor association and the state attorney general office.

WHAT A DISASTER!!! She brought an unqualified buyer to my home, committee perjury in court and is practicing law without a license. Shes a scam artist and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to her nor so much as sell her client a dog house... Cant wait to sue her and Keller Williams for fraud and perjury... See you in court!!!!
