This the second time I have hired Jenica Williams to sell a home for me. (See my post for the first house).


Recently my mother passed away and I was the Trustee of her estate. I needed to sell two houses. Unfortunately the market was in a downturn. Both houses need to be fixed up before they could be sold. Jenica, my contractor and I, came up with a priority list of fixes that needed to be done. The goal of course was to maximize the money invested to get the best value out of that repair.


I like Jenicas approach with real estate. She is professional and will give you a straight answer, even if I did not like what she had to say. She kept it real with the values of the two houses. Her team marketed the house on several social media platforms and in print. We sold both houses in a downturn market. It took a few weeks for both houses to sell. (I compared my houses to other comps in the area. They took a few months to sell and they ended up with a couple of price drops before they sold.)


I believe Jenicas knowledge of what fixes help to sell a house and honest evaluation of the worth of the two homes put me in the best position to maximize my profits.
