From the beginning Dawn made us feel like a priority and always made time for our emails, calls and questions. Our build process took just over a year from lot selection, design to build plus a lot change in between and Dawn guided us through the entire process. Once the build was underway she made sure we got weekly photo updates and made time for us any time we wanted to walk through to see progress. I transferred to Des Moines from Omaha last year while the housing market was booming. Dawn was referred to me by my bosses wife who does Mortgage closings. While inventory was limited, Dawn worked hard to find us houses in our preferred area to view. She has many contacts in the industry to make this transition as smooth as possible including knowing about homes that have yet to be listed, which is what we ended up with after many days of searching. We had some painting work to be done before moving in and being from Omaha we were not familiar with painting contractors on a short notice. Dawn contacted a General Contractor that she works with and got him lined up for us, he was able to get the painting done on short notice. We also ran into an issue with a thermostat as soon as we moved in. I called Dawn and she was able to give me the name of a AC guy who came out and got that fixed as well. When you use Dawn Edwards as your real estate agent, you get more that just an agent, you get a professional in the industry who WILL find you the home you are looking for!
