I conducted a home inspection at a 2004 Broach Ave in Duarte,CA. Mario was representing both the buyer (my client) and the seller. When I pointed out the clear defects in the property, Mario got upset and posted a retaliatory review on my Yelp page. However, here is my clients (his buyer) review on Yelp: "I called Tony to do a home inspection. He was professional and thorough. After he finished he explained all the issues which was really good for me as I am a first time buyer. I was able to get credit back and ask the seller to do these repairs which otherwise would have gone unchecked." - Aziz P. CLEARLY Mario was not looking out for the best interest of his buyer and was ONLY looking to close escrow and get his hefty commission check. TOTALLY UNETHICAL! How this is possible is beyond me. I would steer a clear of Mario if you're a buyer or seller. Clearly he wont have your best interest in mind.
