Sandy was helpful to me in dealing with some of the issues that came up with the buyer. The initial offer was disappointing, and she came up with the strategy to come back with an appropriate counter-offer, which led to a fairly quick agreement on sale price. After the home inspection, the buyer asked for a large reduction in the sale price to pay for some ill-conceived home improvements. She crafted a great response that the buyer agreed to quickly.
She helped me make sure I was getting the things I was responsible for (Title V, smokes, etc.), done in a timely fashion, to ensure we were never the gating issue in holding up the timeline.

Sandy did a lot of market research to help us negotiate a fair price for the house for which we made an offer (in Lakeville) and for the one which we eventually bought. She suggested increasing the amount we would put down for the escrow deposit as something that would be attractive to the seller. Her attention to detail is excellent and she was helpful in guiding us in the purchase of the house. Her prompt follow-up with all parties ensured that nothing went wrong in the process.
