After years of living away from the Clarksville area, my husband and I decided to sell our rental property and Kim Weyrauch represented us. She handled the listing and managed the necessary repairs and cleanup required to make it show ready. We received 5 offers within the first day and in less than 48 hours, we had an accepted offer. Kim also took care of all the inspection repairs required, acting as our proxy in every case, keeping us completely informed throughout the process.
Then the completely unexpected happen. Less than 48 hours until the closing, our house was broken into. The stove and microwave were stolen, and the place had been left a mess! In more than 15 years, we had never had something like that happen, and we could only imagine the criminals took the empty house as a sign of opportunity and acted. It was quite disturbing, but that's when Kim rose above the others in our opinion--she made the call to the police, met them there and gave them a report. Then she took pictures and sent them to us for our insurance company, and she reached out to her contractors to get all of the repairs completed, a stove and microwave bought and installed, and she and her sister cleaned the house themselves--working until midnight the day before the closing to ensure that it was in perfect shape for the sale.
Surprisingly, the close of the home happened on time and to everyone's satisfaction. It was an incredible and diligent effort on Kim's part that truly went above and beyond in every way.
