I feel fortunate to have worked with Lee on the sale of my townhome in Columbus. From the beginning she made excellent recommendations on making my home attractive to buyers. After doing so, we received two excellent offers within 2 days of listing the property. We quickly accepted the higher offer. After those buyers got cold feet at the 11th hour, she fought hard for me to be able to keep their deposit, and was successful in doing so. She then immediately reached out the people who had submitted the other offer, and we were able to quickly sign a new purchase contract. Because the property was old, we had a number of issues that we needed to fix quickly in order to sell the property. She worked with handymen, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and the HOA to get them resolved quickly and with minimal cost. Once we were ready to sell our house, we interviewed a few realtors. Ms. Ritchie Lee was one of them and she came with excellent reviews.
