You will find a lot of bad reviews on this guy for a reason. I literally could not imagine a worse experience with a realtor. He didnt even show up to 2 showings he had scheduled for me, negotiated nothing in writing, poor response time, and failed to put an offer in on a house I wanted. I would not trust going to closing with him for a second, he is an unprofessional hack. Hes not worth the 2% commission, pay a higher commission and get a realtor who actually does their job! 2022
Michael Shamberg is awfully smug and disrespectful. He made an appointment with me and did not show. Contact another realtor to list or see properties. South Jerseys worst! 2022
Worst experience I have ever had with a realtor, he doesnt answer any texts/emails and quickly pushes me off the phone without listening to any questions. He only showed me houses out of my price range instead of any properties I told him I wanted to see. You can hear Michael talking down on customers while he is on the phone with his agents, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. 2022
If I could pick a zero star rating, Michael would definitely receive one. There are many realtors in New Jersey, you don't have to pick this one. Or you can pick him and be the next person filling a bad review. horrible experience 2020

I will NEVER EVER buy a house being sold by Michael Shamberg ever again. He left the house Active even though his buyer agreed to my contract. He told my realtor that "There are tons of other people interested in this house" when we asked for simple repairs to try to get out of it. He also half a**ed the AC and then told me he can sell the house for 30 thousand more after he "fixed" it. He lies, he is slow at getting things done, he also is a overall shady person. He takes on way to many houses at one time and never has time for you. He is a bad man to work with! Dont let him sell your house and dont buy his properties or else you will be a frustrated mess! I never want to do bussiness with him again. He doesnt care!!!! I wish i could give him a 0 star rating :) 2020
