Eve is an outstanding realtor. She helped orient my wife and me to Oakhurst neighborhoods and the type of homes available. Eve then developed, and refined, a list of properties of most interest to us which accurately focused on what we were looking for. We made an offer on a home we loved and it was accepted. The home was a bank owned property and presented a series of unexpected challenges in closing. Eve's experience and dedication to her clients came through again as she addressed and closed those challenges. We moved in to the home a week ago!

Eve was patient as she was dealing with 3 owners for this property! When I would get frustrated with the others she would help calm me down. She was available even when out of town! I worked mostly with Eve. Leanne may have shown the property but I was not aware of who showed it. It sold extremely fast, thankfully.
