This was our third time having Matt as our realtor. Our current situation was selling our house to downsize because the kids were grown and gone. We contacted Matt a week before Labor Day weekend and he began working for us immediately. Matt is our go to realtor in Clear Lake. We had a limited time in Clear Lake to find a home and Matt was responsive. He lined up listings in a day, and when we wanted to see the property we ended up buying a second time, we were in it within the hour.
