What can I say? Hands down, Ally is one of the absolute best!!! My wife and I are finicky (or is it picky?) and that means, though we know exactly what we want, sometimes what we want changes...a lot!! Haha. Ally was the consummate professional. She showed us dozens of houses (not kidding, maybe 30ish?) and never batted an eye as we kept modifying our wish list in our hunt for the absolutely perfect home for our family. She was there in the trenches with us while we worked through issues that popped up with the sale of our previous home one thousand miles away, issues with changing delivery dates with our movers, and issues with making sure every i was dotted and t was crossed as the mortgage process seemed to evolve (or was it unravel?) with every passing day. Bottom line, we could not have done it without Ally and, though we never plan to move again (knock on wood), if we do, Ally will be our realtor because there is no one in Athens who could even begin to take care of business like she does. She is the go-to realtor for every one of my colleagues and my department. If you're looking to buy or sell in Athens and you don't call Ally first, you are making a decision to roll the dice. Working with Ally was a refreshing and relaxing experience. She was always responsive and easy to reach when my wife and I had any questions about a property we were interested in viewing or about the transaction of buying a home. Throughout the entire process of hunting for a home she always made us feel welcome and at ease. Her friendly, patient, low pressure and relaxed approach was a perfect fit for our family. Even after our closing Ally was thoughtful enough to simply check in to say hello to make sure things were going well.
