Her professionalism was fantastic especially during the Covid-19 pandemic when we were in uncharted territory for having our house on the market and not sure if it would sell. Jill got us through with her positive attitude and unwavering faith in us as sellers. She made the entire process easy and took a lot of the stress off of us. The first time we met with her, we mentioned that we were not ready to buy yet but we wanted to learn about the process. She gave us some great advice on how to get prepared, but she was not pushy at all. She set me up on her automated "new home alert" emails, and then whenever a house came on the market that fit my criteria, I would get an email about it. Sometimes I even got an email before it showed up on Realtor.com or Zillow. In a seller's market, it's nice to get these notifications. From that point, I started casually looking at open houses. When my husband and I were more comfortable with the idea and saw some houses that we really liked, we would let Jill know and she would take us to see them. Because neither of us get home until 5 or 6pm, she was more than willing to meet us in the evenings. When we were ready to make an offer, she met us at her office that night and had all of the paperwork ready to go. The process couldn't have been smoother.
My husband and I appreciate the fact that Jill is kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the market. She isn't pushy at all, yet when you're ready to buy, she will work around the clock to get you the best chance of securing the home of your dreams. And after you are in contract, she will help you review the inspection reports to ensure that you know exactly what you are buying and negotiate when she can.
