Working with Wendy Eaves at Allen Tate exceeded any of my expectations. During our initial visit she sat down with me to discuss the entire home selling process, and the realities of the home selling market at the time. I was relatively green in terms of home values, what the listing price of my home should be, and the level of stress involved in selling a home, most notably during a pandemic. Wendy was available during the early hours of the day, and the late hours of the night to answer my questions and minimize my level of stress.
The process was not easy as I watched one offer fall through on the day of closing due to buyer financing. Quite frankly, I was ready to jump off the cliff, but ultimately Wendy was able to calm me down. We ended up selling my home well above the asking price, and it sold higher than any other home in the neighborhood. As an indecisive seller, I certainly did not make things easy for Wendy, but she exudes professionalism and worked tirelessly to exceed my expectations.
Now the funny part, Wendy has a great sense of humor, and is feisty. So, if you are looking for someone who is not forthright and honest, she is not your girl. She is going to walk with you every step of the way through the home buying/selling process, but please do not expect her to agree with anything that is remotely not in your best interest. Love her energy, love her spirit, and you will not find a better real estate agent.
