Your knowledge of the selling market seemed extensive which was helpful since we knew almost nothing of the subject. Your handling of the considerable amount of paper work was appreciated since we had little to do, except to sign documents. As first time home buyers, my wife and I were going through a tough time trying to figure out how to navigate this seller's market. We were coming off a bad experience with a different realtor from a large agency, so I came across David's name after some searching online and he impressed me with his knowledge and preparation when I first met him.
We had a narrow selection of homes to choose from given our location, budget, and style of home constraints, but he didn't seem bothered by that or try to steer us into a direction that we weren't comfortable with. At no point did we feel like he was misleading us about any information, or glossing over any important details in the process, which is something you SHOULD be able to take for granted when talking about your realtor, but in reality it is not.
We ended up in the perfect home for us only about 2 months of signing up with him, for a sale price that came in well under appraisal (a testament to his negotiating ability). I truly believe that we would not be in this particular house for this price had we gone with a different realtor. 2019
