We engaged Frank as he was a family friend of my girlfriend. I wasn't as sure as he seemed so new. Fooled me. Frank knows his job and knows real estate. I've bought and sold several properties and worked with more seasoned perhaps, but none better. From the first day, Frank was on top of the sale, making sure we had an "A" rated engineering assessment for structure and septic, all inspections were to code and current and a negotiation issue with the price was resolved quickly and favorably. Throughout the purchase, Frank was in constant contact making sure we were being taken care of, and stayed in contact after-sale for several weeks just to make sure we were completely satisfied with the transaction. Frank is an impressive realtor, but more, he is an impressive, honest, person. If you're looking for a realtor, consider Frank Stimiloski. You can look longer, but you won't find better, more knowledgeable, or more concerned with his client's best interests.
