While Martha was in regular contact with our buyers agent the few extensions and inspection issues that came up were presented to us by Martha with knowledge and direction taking the worry out of the equation for us. On occasion I texted Martha as late as 11:30 in the evening thinking she would see it in the morning. It actually became a joke with us as she would answer me back, at 11:30 at night who does that! I didn't expect that and I actually felt bad it bothered her but it was no bother,, she answered me right back, we became late night Communicators:) She had it all ready. all worked. out all down.
