BUYER?SELLER BEWARE!!!!! Unethical, unprofessional, and a complete scam artist. DO NOT BUY A HOME THAT SHE LISTS!!!! You will regret it! She sold us a home in her community, and was difficult to work with. She failed to mention the numerous deficiencies with the home which has costed us, the buyers, thousands and thousands of dollars to replace or fix. She was the property manager of this house and then the listing agent....failed to mention broken AC unit, the house completely ruined with dog droppings and urine, only to be hidden with her contractors laying down kills over the mess and new carpeting, live hot tub wires left under the wooden deck, hornet nests throughout the attic, leaking toilets, leaking tubs, leaking sinks, leaking skylights, leaking roof! Appliances did not work. Water damage, urine damage, dog/cat damage everywhere! She was a nightmare to deal with and our realtor is good friends with her, so imagine what she would do to a complete stranger. She is awful! Cares only about making a sale and making the commission! No thought or care in the world that we are neighbors now, and she sold us a lemon, and the neighbors in the neighborhood sad that she is shady and wished they could have told us about her prior to buying the home. Just spreading the world to avoid doing ANY business with her, selling or buying. You will regret it and end up in a money pit and legal mess! There are way better and professional real estate reps out there that care about their customers and their imagine. Shame on you Cassie and your worthless broker! 2022
