Pam recently was our agent for both buying a home and selling our existing home, which was a daunting task because there was an incredible amount to coordinate and accomplish in a short time period. We have known Pam well as neighbors in the same community for about 20 years. She was the selling agent for my mother-in-law's house a few years ago and did a magnificent job resolving and negotiating several key unexpected items and effecting a timely closing.
For our recent two transactions described above, Pam helped orchestrate both transactions every step of the way, from a short closing process on the purchase of a home to immediately following a long closing process on the sale of our existing home. She provided expert advice in all areas for both transactions and was integrally involved in ensuring that work tasks, especially with various contractors, were priced fairly, remained on schedule and were performed to our satisfaction.

Working with Pam was and is an amazing experience her watchful eye, tenacious attitude and total commitment is unparalleled. Even when out of town, she made arrangements for a purchase agreement and the initial steps which lead to us closing on our dream house, which happed to be our first. She was expeditious in her replies and stayed committed the entire journey making sure all of the steps were taken. As a veteran, I appreciate her self-less devotion to her clients, whom she treats like family.
