He listens carefully to his client, thoroughly analyzes the client's needs (adding a dose of reality, where necessary) and meticulously, brilliantly, politely and conscientiously guides the client to closing the deal. Steven is the best! He represented the seller when we first bought our house and convinced us back then that he's the best in the area. When the time came to sell our house, we didn't even look for a realtor, we knew that there isn't anyone better out there. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the right answer to everything in a house sale or purchase. Guides you through the process from A to Z. We just sold our old house and bought a new one using Steven Foonberg as our broker for both transactions. We also used him several years ago to buy our first house. We went back to him because we had a terrific experience the first time and this time was just as fantastic.
He is really smart, honest, straightforward, highly experienced, understands the local market extremely well - as well as all of the other realtors in the area - and goes FAR above and beyond to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. We had a lot of work to do to get our house ready for sale and he was instrumental in helping us get it ready for market. He had recommendations for excellent, fairly priced and honest vendors all the way through the process from repairs to who could help us move, which is really extraordinary.
I had a lot of questions and concerns going through the process because both transactions were complicated and he was always willing to take the time to explain the process, think through the options and go through various scenarios. He was always kind, thoughtful and understanding.
He is a gem of a human and different from many of the realtors that are out there representing their commissions before the interests of their clients. That is not Steven Foonberg.
