First off, we were not happy with any realtors in the area that we had previously used.
We were living in Aransas Pass and had a home to sell in Pleasanton during the pandemic. We called the realtor we used in Aransas Pass and asked her for a recommendation. We were quickly working with Lovetta. We had limited funds due to husband retiring, buying a new home, moving, paying off vehicles and having to replace A/C units at both locations. Thus, we were not able to make any huge repairs to the home if needed. Lovetta made arrangements for someone to clean the yard, clean the house, and do minor repairs on home and replace back door. 5 stars does not do her justice. We had a complicated case being military and during the pandemic. We reached out and did sight unseen. This past year we were in a middle of a pandemic, pregnant and were also about to become first time homebuyers. We had no clue what the process entailed.
