Helen Gendron, Belmont, MA, a seller from Belmont, MA Basema Shalhoub offered me more than expected from a real estate broker. She is professional , wise and listened to me, the seller, and my needs. Basema continuously offered her help and support during all the contracts and documents that had to be completed before their deadline. At one point Basema drove to my office to get a signature from me for one of the contracts to be signed to make it less stressful for me to do.
she called me regardless of day or hour to update situations at given times. Basema was ahead of me at all times. Basema helped me with my next move to my new house with advice and recommendations of who to call when I needed a plumber, electrician, etc. to make my transition to a new home run smoothly after the closing sale of my home. From the moment we contacted Basema after a recommendation from friends, we realized right away why she was recommended.
If it is not possible to answer her phone right away she'll call back within few minutes; sometimes at odd hours of the day or week-end.
Always polite, approachable, calming to nervous sellers / buyers, fun to deal with and joyful. But above all, her knowledge of the market and the selling / buying process is impressive.
We hired her to both sell our home, and find us a new one.
As our previous home was a COOP Condo with complicated rules, price variations, marketing process and marketability, she came up with an excellent comparative market analysis to arrive at the perfect price point, hired a professional photo / video company and marketed it well. We got the asking pricing (higher per SF than any other condo in that large complex) within few weeks.
After that she guided, walked and assisted us through the process of Negotiating / Selling / Closing so effortlessly.
