My husband I did not even realize that we needed a realtor when we first met Tiffany. We had just began to look at listings when she showed us our first house/property. We liked her so much that we made her our realtor and she worked swiftly and diligently to show us houses as soon as they were listed. Thanks to Tiffany, within a week or so (unbelievable, right?) we had found our dream home. We could not have done it without her. She was dedicated from the beginning of the process, all the way until closing. I would highly recommend her services. I have nothing but positive things to say about her.

I met Tiffany last January when she became the listing agent for a property thats located next door to me. But my story actually began 30 years earlier!
Ive been at my current address for 30 years and have watched the house next door be sold and fall into foreclosure several times. Ive had a revolving door of neighbors that allowed the house and property to deteriorate into shambles. The property was actually listed in the on-line description as having little to no value. I couldnt agree more!
And this is where Tiffany came into the picture...I called Tiffany when the property was listed back in January. Tiffany met with me and my husband, the next day. We were both struck by how friendly and attentive she was to our story. She gave us solid information on the way foreclosures work, which neither of us had a clue. I now know that they can be a roller coaster ride and I also know that having someone knowledgeable about all of that is priceless!
The entire process took 6 months, with a change in property management companies and all that the changeover involved, Tiffany remained in contact with us every step of the way. I must say, when youre dealing with a purchase like this, its sometimes hard to take your emotions out of the equation. Tiffany was amazing with that! She stood in the gap as a calm reminder of the facts as we negotiated and I honestly couldnt have made it to the finish line without her. I also have to say, there were moments when time was of the essence. She always made sure that whatever needed to be done was done. ASAP!
I honestly cant say enough good about our experience with Tiffany! Ill simply say, if you have her on your team, youve got yourself the best!
