Absolutely the worst, most bizarre experience I've had in 30 years of buying and selling. Buyers were a lovely young couple who'd been looking for two years and were aggressive with an immediate offer. I conceded everything, including closing cost. Sailed through a thorough home inspection and appraisal. I was extremely accommodating with countless visits from the entire family, including the realtors husband who wandered around at will. There were some issues with the roof that concerned the buyers, and after three different contractors; none of which were apparently good enough; the buyers backed out; despite our being proactive about being willing to fix any issues. We were never even given the chance. This realtor literally ruined the deal. Uncommunicative, relays personal information, and is frankly just a bit bizarre. She tries to control everything. I'm a retired Army veteran who works for the State Department. I make every attempt to solve things and help anyone; even to my detriment, and none of that was good enough. She has absolutely no business with a real estate license. Run. Run fast from anything that has her name attached to it
