It was time for my elderly parents to sell their home of nearly fifty years in El Centro and move to San Diego where I could keep a closer watch on them. It had become too complicated for my wife and I to make multiple monthly trips over one hundred miles each direction. The process to convince them to give up their home and move had taken about four years and they were still apprehensive and concerned. nAfter quite a lot of time using basic web searches to try to find a list of realtors who might be able to help, I decided to look at Realtor.com. Great experience with Jay! First time buyer. My brother just bought a home through Jay as well! He even helped pay for the food for the house warming! I cannot believe the work ethic this man has. I would rate 10 stars for responsiveness if I could! Quick to answer calls, emails, texts. Unlike other realtors I tried, if I wanted to view a home, Jay would make it happen IMMEDIATELY! This man is great at his job, if your serious about buying, he is serious about making it happen. He walks you through the process and answers any question you may have.
