Buying and selling homes can be super stressful. That is, if you dont have the right realtor. Lucky for us, we found Nicole Rafferty, so the process was enjoyable. We had a lot of fun every step of the way and felt completely confident in Nicole the entire time. Her knowledge and level of expertise in the field is impressive. There wasnt anything we asked her that she didnt know, or wasnt able to find out the answer to in a short amount of time. She is always upbeat, happy, and positive. Nicole is 100% there for her clients and treats you like you're the only ones she has. No matter when you call her, you will hear back almost immediately, and there is nothing she cannot or will not try to help you with. Almost a year after closing on our home, we had a situation arise with the closing attorney, and she jumped right in after I contacted her, even though I didnt ask her to. Nicoles job isnt done when you close on your home. This is not just a job to her because your happiness is of utmost importance to her. We highly recommend her to help you buy and/or sell your home because if youre like us, she will become a forever friend, and not just a realtor.

Years ago when I was new to the city I googled buyer's agent near me and chose the highest rated person. That was Nicole. She was incredible at helping me find my first home. And as a first home, about 10 years later I was ready to move on. Nicole and I had kept touch and I contacted her about 2 months before I wanted to list. She came to the house and told me all the things I should do. She gave perfect recommendations for people to help me with junk removal, carpet cleaning, and landscaping (even during the busy season her recommendation was able to come out within 2 weeks). I got back into contact with her once we finished our to do list and she guided me through the whole process. The market was in my favor and Nicole actually had to sort through all the offers and give me the top 10. I wasn't able to be present at my closing and she was able to be there for me to make sure everything went smoothly.
