DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS GUY! Throughout the process, our agent and lender had issues with his people. They were rude and never got things done in a timely manner. It's fine to flip houses but this guy's company is unorganized and shady. We bought a home that he flipped and the work done on it was absolutely terrible. We found so many things we had to fix that were just covered up after we took possession of the home. The A/C system was diagnosed as unsafe after we bought the home. They had a plastic container under the drip pan in the attic and once that filled up, that would have spilled and caused damage to our drywall. The A/C technician said he could not believe the home wold pass inspection much less believe that someone would sell a home with the A/C system in that condition. Everything was taped up and falling apart and blowing out dirty air. If we would have ran the A/C one more day, our drywall would have been damaged and with time, the pans with water would fall through the ceiling. Now, we are hoping that the home warranty company will cover us replacing the A/C system for $14,000. This guy just cares about money and has no ethics when it comes to selling homes as he leaves them in poor conditions with mickey mouse work to cover it up.
